We are a friendly, independent sewing school located in our sunny studio in the beautiful village of Fenwick, just off the M77. If you are an absolute beginner, or have some experience and you wish to expand your skills; we have a course or class to suit you. Our emphasis is in teaching the correct technique and in covering the processes involved to enable you to construct garments and soft furnishings with the highest finish.
Our principal tutor has over 30 years sewing, design and tailoring experience with a background in theatrical costume and design.
We offer Garment Construction for the absolute beginner to the more advanced for both ladies and gents.
We also have a comprehensive Soft Furnising Course which includes linied curtains, zipped cushions etc,. In addition we offer either a two or three week Roman Blind making evening course; and for those wishing to try their hand at sewing without commiting to a course the popular one day Basic Introduction to Sewing Class runs on a Friday, see available dates, anyone completing this class receives a 10% discount on any subsequent course booking.
Class sizes are restricted to a maximum of four students per class allowing for optimum learning and tailored tuition therefore booking early is highly recommended.
